Seeking Therapy
You may be seeking therapy because life feels heavier than it used to.
Anxiety keeps your mind running. Relationships leave you feeling hurt, disconnected, or stuck in the same patterns. You struggle to set boundaries without guilt, second-guess yourself after difficult conversations, or find yourself reacting in ways you don't fully understand.
Or perhaps you've simply reached a point where you're ready for something to change.
My Approach
My approach is warm, relational, and trauma-informed. I believe symptoms often make sense when we understand the story beneath them.
Rather than focusing only on reducing distress, we'll uncover the deeper roots of what you're experiencing, strengthen your connection to yourself and others, and create meaningful, lasting change that extends beyond the therapy room.
Areas of Focus
I frequently work with clients navigating:
Trauma and relational trauma
Anxiety and chronic overwhelm
Depression
Family of origin wounds
Attachment concerns
Narcissistic abuse recovery
Codependency and over-functioning
Perfectionism
Self-esteem challenges
Relationship difficulties
Emotional neglect and invalidation
Life transitions and identity concerns
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a space where you can stop performing, stop holding it all together, and begin listening to what your emotions, relationships, and experiences may be trying to tell you.
You might be in the right place if... You constantly worry about disappointing others. You find yourself overthinking conversations long after they're over. You struggle to trust your own needs and decisions. You feel responsible for keeping everyone else happy. You grew up walking on eggshells or learned to put your needs aside. You keep repeating painful relationship patterns and don't understand why.
Couples Therapy
Most couples don't come to therapy because they don't love each other. They come because they've become stuck in a cycle that leaves both partners feeling hurt, misunderstood, or alone.
Together, we'll slow down those interactions, understand what's happening underneath them, and create new ways of reaching for one another.
Evidence-Based Modalities
My work is informed by:
Attachment-Based Therapy
Trauma-Informed Care
Brainspotting
Internal Family Systems (IFS-Informed)
Healing Our Core Issues (HOCI)

Experiential Therapy
Every client is different. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to your unique experiences, goals, and needs.
